We all want to inculcate some good habits in our daily life like eating healthy food, staying in shape, managing finances, waking up early in the morning and many more. We also work hard to follow it religiously, however, after a few days, we get so busy in the daily chores that we tend to forget them.

In order to help us stick to our goals, there are many Apps which are available and we also download them but do we actively feed information on them? Absolutely not as our favourite social media apps come as a distraction and are always a few taps away.

I have always found writing down things or marking events on paper a better way to make yourself disciplined about following a routine. I am sure many of you will agree that jotting down things on paper helps you to remember them better, brainstorm on the idea and keeps you focused.










I personally follow a routine of marking down things on a paper which might be an old-fashioned way but the most effective one. Would love to share with you all a concise sheet which can be easily printed and pinned in front of you to mark how regular are you with your habit.
